1. Returns & Refund Eligibility
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes that have been opened, used or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.
You may request a return or refund only if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The item was damaged during delivery.
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
- You received an incomplete order.
2. Return Request Period
All return or refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Conditions for Returns
The returned item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned with its original packaging.
- Include all accessories and free gifts (if applicable).
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:
- Opened or used perfume products.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.
- Requests due to personal fragrance preference or change of mind.
5. Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within approximately 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error, such as sending the wrong product or a defective item.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately and provide:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the item.
- Photos of the parcel packaging.
This helps us investigate and resolve your case as quickly as possible.
