We aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully verified.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • West Malaysia: 1–3 business days.
  • East Malaysia: 3–7 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary during festive seasons, sales campaigns or unforeseen courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method.

From time to time, PerfumeValet may offer free shipping promotions subject to the stated terms and conditions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation together with a tracking number via email or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after dispatch.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate before completing their purchase.

PerfumeValet shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to collect the parcel after courier notification, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Delayed Shipments

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays caused by courier services, adverse weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

PerfumeValet is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

8. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Kindly provide your order number together with clear photographs of the parcel and the affected items to assist us in resolving the issue promptly.
